The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. The common living room is great. You have 2 onsens: outside, with rocks and mountain views, inside, modern. Capsules are comfy.

Amazing hotel with great hot spring area, staff is extremely friendly. Room with 2 2-level beds exceeded our expectations – cosy, big and with everything we needed. Great cosmetics and additional small details – such as free drink after bath and yummy popsicles. Breakfast was continental, but still pretty good and tasty. Loved our stay

El Hakone Onsen Yuyado Yamanoshou dispone de jardín y se encuentra en Hakone, a 200 metros del jardín botánico de humedales de Hakone. Este ryokan de 3 estrellas cuenta con conexión de wifi gratis. It’s a different experience. Worth doing.

Ito Ryokan tiene una ubicación ideal en el barrio de Chuo (barrio especial), a 2 minutos a pie de Amazake Yokocho Shopping Street, a 400 metros de Genyadana Monument y a 6 minutos a pie de Sankatsu... Everything! We stayed in the Japanese-style quadruple room and was very spacious for us 2! The decor is beautiful and the futon beds are actually incredible! I slept way better than anticipated. There’re amazing restaurants nearby, location is in this cosy neighbourhood - not a place I’d have thought we’d enjoy spend our evenings instead of the most hyped and touristy areas! A big mention goes to the lovely staff member at the front desk (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!). He took the time to write suggestions of places to eat around the area and for the remaining of our time in Tokyo! He was the sweetest person, super helpful. He’s in his early 20s, so if this you, thank you so much!!

The best place we had during our journey! highly recommended for all - stunning lake view, super clean and beautiful room, great food, great and clean onsen - highly recommended!

El Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya se encuentra en Kusatsu. El alojamiento está situado a 10 minutos a pie de Kusatsu Yubatake y de la terminal de autobuses de Kusatsu-Onsen. La situación del hotel es inmejorable y el personal fue super amable y atento, incluso llegamos nos dejaron una nintendo retro conectada a la televisión para poder jugar aunque llegamos tarde. Nos enseñaron a usar el onsen privado de nuestra habitación porque el agua viene hirviendo de la montaña. Aunque no se contrate la habitación con baño privado, el hotel tiene tres onsen privados que los huéspedes pueden usar. Incluso nos llevaron en coche a la estación de autobuses porque había empezado a nevar. También tienen dispensador de cafe, te y una maquina expendedora de bebidas así como microondas para los huéspedes en la zona común. Si volvemos a Kusatsu seguro que repetimos hotel.

El Hakone Kowakien Tenyu, inaugurado en abril de 2017, ofrece habitaciones de estilo japonés equipadas con suelo de tatami, bañera al aire libre o baño termal al aire libre fabricado en cerámica de... This has to be one of the greatest experiences I've ever had in a resort or hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are super spacious and clean. The tubs on the balcony are lovely, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and super impressive, catering to both Japanese and Western cuisine with the most incredible wide selection I've seen. Dinner was absolutely fantastic, with both the courses and the seafood buffet being exceptional. Among all the hotels I've stayed at, this place has the friendliest staff, catering to your every need. They offer a free shuttle bus to Gora Station as well as free ice cream from the vending machines. They have two onsen: one with an infinity pool and a fantastic view, and a garden one with a beautiful waterfall. I cannot recommend this place enough; we had the most fantastic stay ever.

El Mount View Hakone ofrece habitaciones de estilo japonés, especialidades japonesas y baños termales con la excepcional agua de aspecto lechoso “nigori-yu”. La amabilidad del personal. La limpieza y la cena Kaiseki impresionante!!! También el Ofuro familiar semi cubierto , súper relajante .

El Edo Sakura se inauguró en junio de 2013 y ocupa una casa unifamiliar de estilo japonés machiya ubicada a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de subte de Iriya, a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren... Muy amables las personas del hotel. Nos dieron buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes y nos ayudaron haciendo una reserva.

El Hakone Suimeiso se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de la estación de Hakone Yumoto y a 15 minutos a pie del templo de Sounji. Dispone de baños termales públicos, estacionamiento gratuito y wifi gratis.... Melinda was the hostess who took care of us for the 2 nights. She was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain each dishes to us at dinner and breakfast. The same can be said of all the staff. The Kaseiki dinner and breakfast were exceptional, especially the quality of the sashimi. We stayed 2 nights and the menus are different on both days. Our traditional room is very clean, on the 5th floor with view of trees and river below. The outdoor onsen was small but very clean, with the same beautiful trees and river views. I was pretty much the only peson at the outdoor onsen in the evening, so quiet and relaxing with sound of the river . We also booked the private onsens for 2 days and they were also clean with modern aesthetic vibes.
