Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Everything was excellent - staff, room, onsen, facilities, location. We loved it.

Beds are comfortable and for my family of 3 was perfect. My 3.4 yo girl loves bunk beds and one of the upper ones is covered so she couldn’t fall during sleep. Restaurant is decent, the wheat bread was amazing, salmon too. Breakfast was a 8/10 but plentiful. Onsen is small but perfect, we loved it. Location is 10/10, 3 min from Gora station. It was the best stay we had in Japan. And room is spacious.

We had a fantastic stay, largely thanks to the incredible private onsen. Having both indoor and outdoor options made it easy to relax and enjoy the onsen experience with our family. Another major highlight was the hotel's prime location for museum enthusiasts. I highly recommend the POLA Museum and Hakone Open-Air Museum for daytime visits, and the Hakone Glass Forest Museum is simply breathtaking at dusk with the sunset reflecting off the glass.

Loved my stay at the Ryokan. Felt very traditional and was a unique experience. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made the stay very pleasant. The room was clean, the TV a plus, and the beds very comfortable. Excellent location too, near many restaurants.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. The private onsen was perfect.

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. This has to be one of the greatest experiences I've ever had in a resort or hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are super spacious and clean. The tubs on the balcony are lovely, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and super impressive, catering to both Japanese and Western cuisine with the most incredible wide selection I've seen. Dinner was absolutely fantastic, with both the courses and the seafood buffet being exceptional. Among all the hotels I've stayed at, this place has the friendliest staff, catering to your every need. They offer a free shuttle bus to Gora Station as well as free ice cream from the vending machines. They have two onsen: one with an infinity pool and a fantastic view, and a garden one with a beautiful waterfall. I cannot recommend this place enough; we had the most fantastic stay ever.

Khai trương vào tháng 06/2013, The Edo Sakura cung cấp phòng nghỉ trong căn nhà phố Machiya theo phong cách Nhật Bản. The personal is lovely, everyone had the disposition for help and be cooperative, everybody had a great attitude. From the welcoming until we left was very comfortable and cosy. Also the hotel feel very authentic the borrow you yukata dresses for your comfort. I recommend this experience a lot, if you never sleep in a futon over a tatami you should try it.
