Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Great place. Highlight of my trip. Room in the cabin is so spacious, and not just a normal pod or capsule bed. I wish I had stayed longer! Onsen was awesome, so relaxing. Location was great too. I got on the last train from Shinjuku to Hakone (Romanecar) and the last bus, and it was only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. The stop to get back to Hakone-Yumoto station is even more convenient, located right outside of the hotel.

Featuring a terrace with views of Lake Ashi, Hakone・Ashinoko Hanaori offers a soothing hot spring bath and sauna. The property is situated a 2-minute walk from Togendai Station on Hakone Ropeway. It was great, no complaints! The baths were awesome and food good. All you can drink and eat buffee was value for the money. Yukatas etc. Clothing in multiple sizes.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Staffs speaks very good english. The room is very big and it comes with mini SFC. Private onsen. Many retro toys to reminisce

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Onsens are beautiful, amazing facilities with all amenities. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The view is great. A very pleasant stay, would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast was the best buffet we had in our whole trip. French toast are the best we’ve ever had! Bus stop to go around the area is right at the entrance to the hotel.

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. It was a superb experience, exceeding any of our expectations. The room offered a sight into a traditional Japanese room, and it was equipped with kimono and other amenities to further make this experience more memorable. I would really recommend the dinner, with a lot of tasty, traditional Japanese dishes. The onsen was another strong point, perfect for taking a few relaxing hours amidst the crazy amount of walks of the last days. Also, the quality of service is something that stood out.

It felt like more than just a business; the place has heart. The baths were a wonderful option, relaxing and romantic. We absolutely love The Edo Sakura and will be staying there every time we visit Tokyo.

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. The location in Miyanoshito was amazing, and very handy for transport options. The breakfast and general dining facilities were outstanding. The entire property complex oozed class and comfort.

A 2-minute walk from Sendagi Subway Station, Japanese-style hotel Annex Katsutaro Ryokan features rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring and free Wi-Fi internet. The room is clever, simple very clean and beautiful. Any your thoughts will be here! Such a nice rest. And location is perfect!

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. perfect location, even though busy during the day, it still is peaceful and quiet in the rooms. the ryokan is just the cherry on top for the clean and comfortable rooms. the staff was helpful and always gave us a cheerful smile.
