Conveniently located in central Kyoto, Ryokan KANADE offers a Japanese-style garden. We loved our stay! The room was so nice with tatami flooring and traditional aesthetics. The bathroom was great too! The location was as expected - quieter and away from the central bits of Kyoto, but there are various things to do nearby the hotel, and it was easy to get to with bus. The housekeeping team were very friendly! The male staff member on site who helped us with check-in and check-out was super polite and helpful! Him and the other male staff member also helped us send our luggage to the next city we’re staying in 😊

Featuring an on-site public hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant, Yuno Yado Shoei is located an 8-minute walk away from JR Tambaguchi Station. Everyone was so nice. We really appreciated getting walked through the onsen etiquette and what to know for our stay in general when we checked in. The onsen was so relaxing including different pools and sauna and liked that the men and women switch each day and they have long hours so got to experience both. Loved the yukatas! Recommend getting a massage and including food.

Luck You Kyoto offers accommodation in Kyoto. Free luggage storage is available. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The stay was very nice, the room was cozy and the opportunity to visit the onsen across the street was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and we had no problem communicating in English.

What an amazing place to stay! 😍 From the welcoming to our departure, our hosts were super welcoming and cute! The rooms were exactly as we imagined them and also very clean. Ngôi chùa Phật Giáo 1000 năm tuổi Shukuho Koya-san Eko-in Temple cung cấp chỗ nghỉ kiểu Nhật với khu vườn xinh đẹp và Wi-Fi miễn phí. The staff is very helpful and nice. The fire ritual is a great experience. The dinner is fantastic.

The hotel is so beautiful and peaceful you almost don't want to leave. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We had the shabu shabu dinner and 2 Japanese style breakfasts which were cooked right in front of us by the lovely staff who we really enjoyed talking to. The location was only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station but in a relatively quiet location, which was very much appreciated after the busy tourist spots of Kyoto. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be returning if we are ever in Kyoto again.

This ryokan is very cosy. Though everything looked authentic and traditional all the facilities weren't old, but instead very clean an modern. The breakfast was very tasty and there was variety each day. If you don't take the cable car (station is right next to the ryokan) you'll get a good workout each day, when you explore the surroundings - mainly the beautiful temples. There are many stairs! After a day of waking, relaxing in the onsen was the highlight of my day. But the best thing was the very friendly owner and staff. Even though I couldn't speak Japanese they helped me with everything and were really caring. I will definitely be back! :)
