The room was spacious and featured a traditional Japanese tatami corner. The dinner was both delicious and excellent value, and the breakfast was equally satisfying. The property is surrounded by trees and offers a beautiful mountain view. The private onsen is available 24 hours a day, and the hotel is conveniently located near bus stop No. 14. I would highly recommend this place to others and would be delighted to stay here again.

The host was super friendly and nice, the meals were very tasty (both dinner and breakfast), and the atmosphere was really calm & relaxing. We also enjoyed the private Onsen. The location is great - just near the lake and only a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Great value for money!

Tendon-san and his team were wonderful. So warm, friendly and fun. Our kids felt very welcome here and loved the whole experience. The cooking was amazing! So delicious. We could have stayed longer just to eat. Everything tasted incredible, especially the sukiyaki which was so soft and melted in your mouth. We all also loved the beautiful spacious room and outdoor bath. The rooms truly look like all the photos, if not better. And then there’s the temple. What a special place. No photo could really capture how Ryutakuzenji feels. You might just have to visit :)

It was quiet, peaceful, and surprisingly spacious. The overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing city getaway. - Private Onsen: The private onsen was the highlight of our stay, offering a tranquil and rejuvenating experience. - Dining Experience: Both dinner and breakfast were impressive, with beautifully prepared and delicious meals.
