You have a very great view of the lake. Room is very spacious. It's our first time as well to stay at a traditional Japanese room, wear yukata and it was a great experience. Excellent dinner and breakfast. They can pick you up at the train station which is very convenient.

Dinner was amazing and the staff and service was so attentive. Anzono our waiter for our dinner service went above and beyond. When one of us had to leave dinner before dessert to make their massage appointment, he offered and prepared a plate of the full dessert on a tray to be taken to the room for enjoyment afterwards.

This recently renovated ryokan is located 10 km from Green Park Santo and 27 km from Taga-taisha Shrine. The ryokan has family rooms. Everything. The location was perfect. Very traditional as well. Right near an amazing temple. The host was lovely and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Also in a great location and the meal was delicious!
