Amazing Ryokan with best food I ever had in a hotel! Wonderful personnel, amazing hispitality. Great onsen facilities. Has a besutiful traditional feel and located in a pristine, untouched nature. Private open air onsen has great views over the valley. So far, best hotel I have ever been in Japan. I highly recommend here to anyone wishing to experience such a great Ryokan. Thank you everyone for making my stay so wonderful.

Also loved the sake pairing of our French dinner.

I was warmly received when I arrived late at night after my flight into Narita. The hosts and staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the inn and room (river view) are beautiful. The food was delicious! This is the first place I’ve ever stayed in Japan, and I will definitely be back again soon.

Staff were wonderful and gave us lots of unique experiences (like the sparklers!). They went above and beyond to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. Food was delicious and the onsens were gorgeous.
