The hotel lobby is beautiful and cheerful. The front desk staff changed the channel on the lobby wide screen television, so we could watch the American World Series! They also let us know the channel to access the game on our room televisions. The rooms were small but enough for us to relax in and with a view of the ocean. Breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed some of the daring combinations.

This ryokan is a peaceful oasis where everything is perfect: the quiet atmosphere, the warmth of the owners, the beauty and comfort of the room, the luxury of the private onsen, and the delicious breakfasts and dinner. Moreover, Beppu is a wonderful little place and I've fallen in love with it. My stay at Manrikiya was beyond my expectation. As I told the owners: it was a dream come true, 夢が叶いました! どうもありがとうございます

The private onsen rooms were amazing. Our room had 2 private (one indoor and one outdoor onsen) plus the main bath house. Staff is amazing and so friendly.

Ubicado en Beppu, a 26 km de Crasus Dome Oita, Beppu Kannawa Onsen HIROMIYA dispone de vistas a la ciudad. We had a big room with toilet on the second floor. Lots of space. It was quiet and clean. The owner is very friendly and helped us make reservations to various Onsens. We also could use the private in-house Onsen. It’s all very authentic and we loved our stay. The guesthouse is in the middle of Kannawa Onsen so you can do 5 of the 7 hells on foot. The last two you can easily reach by bus. Thank you for everything, Miho!

The dinner and breakfast both exceeded our expectations as did all staff we encountered. Appreciated the shuttle back to the station after we checked out.

Wonderful onsen ryokan in the outskirts of Yufuin, with incredibly friendly staff and a beautiful view of Mt Yufu. The food is soooo good! We stayed for two night and had two different dinner courses, both of which were lovely. The outdoor bath in the room Botan was a highlight as well — so lovely to relax in the bath with a view of the valley and mountains.
