It was a very calming stay. The washing machine was wonderful and super convenient, and we had plenty of space to hang our clothes up.

Very goos kaiseki dinner and traditional breakfats were very tasty and plentiful. It has hot mineral water source onsen (traditional male/female room separation) and it is open practically 24 hours! So you can go there really at any time you like, even at night, and relax. It almost never happened to us that there were more than 3 people at once and you get to enjoy the beautiful garden view from the onsen all by yourself. The garden is very well cared for and has a careful selection of flowers/trees that make the place photohenic from absolutely every angle. We visited at spring and it was full of roses and cherry blossoms. The rooms overlook the garden it's just really breathtaking.

The hospitality was next-level—a true Japanese cultural experience. The drinks were authentic, and the traditional Japanese breakfast option was a great touch. Our host was incredibly friendly and made our stay perfect. The BBQ was worth every penny.

It was sooo clean! Room was spacious with lovely decor. Lots of toiletries provided. The only regret I have is not getting there earlier and stay longer than one night! The private sauna/spa area was amazing! Couldn't have been happier and the most perfect way to unwind and relax. Right in the heart of the national park, which was a lovely walk in the morning.

Wow what a great place to stay! It was an incredibly convenient location and a super nice room. The highlight of the place was definitely the staff though. I've never stayed anywhere that had such kind and helpful employees. They would go out of their way constantly to make sure our stay was perfect. The washer/dryer wasn't working in our room one day and they offered to wash the laundry for us! They really made the place feel like a home away from home and I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Osaka

The staff were very friendly. The location was beautiful. It was in a remote area, but the mountain it was on top and the vegetation around made it well worth it. Also, the security when it comes to accessing the building was great. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the nearest station, which was very helpful. There was a curfew around 10 or 11 PM but you can inform the people at the reception if you’re gonna be later than that and they can keep the doors open until you come and then they can close it. Overall, the state was exceptional, and we enjoyed every minute.
