Tohoku: Pesquise ryokans

Matsushima Koumura localiza-se em Matsushima, a 10 km de Santuário de Shiogama e a 24 km de Sendai City Community Support Center. O local é muito aconchegante e os hosts nos fizeram sentir confortáveis e em casa o tempo todo. São um casal de idosos com cachorrinhos fofos muito ativos e simpáticos que nos receberam com brincadeiras e sake! O onsen era delicioso e quentinho! O hotel é bem próximo das principais atrações de Matsushima, com uma 7 Eleven há menos de 10 minutos de caminhada. O quarto acolheu com comodidade perfeitamente eu e meus pais e nossas mochilas também. Quero muito poder voltar lá novamente!

Com uma localização ideal na área de Owani Onsen, em Ōwani, Historical Ryokan SENYUKAN situa-se a 43 km de Parque Arqueológico de Sannai-Maruyama, a 17 km de Castelo de Hirosaki e a 42 km de Sukayu... Exceptional service from manager and staff. We arrived after dinner time, and the manager, cheff and staff stayed on to serve us delicious food. Thank you very much. Will san New Zealand.

Tabinoyado Saikawa encontra-se em Kuroishi, a 33 km de Lago Towada, e apresenta acomodações com acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e estacionamento privado gratuito. This is a traditional Japanese ryokan with public baths (gender separated). Dinner and breakfast are amazing and plentiful, with locally sourced organic produce (even coffee!). Our room (Japanese room with private toilet) was to the left of the entrance. It was very spacious. The heater worked very well as autumn night was a bit damp and cold. The beds are futons on wood bed frames on tatami, and they are super comfortable. As I have a whole-leg tattoo which is usually not permitted in the public baths, I notified Ranko in advance, and she reserved the private bath for us. The private bath was a very beautiful blue ceramic bath filled with warm (I don’t think it’s very hot) healing hot spring water from the area. Ranko’s warm personality really made the stay memorable. Be sure to ask her for recommendations of the areas. She is a well of knowledge of the area!

Kameya Hotel localiza-se em Tsuruoka, a 3,5 km de Aquário Kamo, e fornece acomodações com um jardim e estacionamento privado gratuito. Amazing history and gardens. Rooms were enormous, with open views of the beach and with a cedar bathtub fed by hot springs in the room.

Ichiraku tendo spa & brewery encontra-se em Tendo, a 30 km de Estância de Esqui Zao Hotsprings, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um salão partilhado e um... The all-inclusive format is amazing. It felt like an immersive experience into Japanese culture and customs. The dinner was amazing and we truly enjoyed it. The possibility to use a private onsen was special.

Yuze Hotel situa-se em Kazuno, na área de Yuze Onsen. Este ryokan de 4 estrelas dispõe de um salão partilhado, quartos com ar condicionado, acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e casa de banho privativa. This place! I cannot describe how amazing the room with private onsen is. Super spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view to the mountains. Breakfast and dinner were delicious (buffet style), enough vegetarian options. There's a free drink bar available for the afternoon/evening hours as well. I didn't use the public bath because they don't allow visible tattoo's though.

Takasagoya Ryokan encontra-se em Zao Onsen. Este ryokan de 3 estrelas dispõe de um restaurante, quartos com ar condicionado, acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e casa de banho partilhada. The room size, staff service and food was spectacular. It was as competitive as the service I experienced in Kamikochi.

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. The entire experience was extraordinary. We were greeted with welcome drinks in front of a fire, and led to our room by courteous but hospitable staff. Our 3-person room faced a quiet garden, and we enjoyed delicious cake and tea before being led to the dinner. There was a pair of yukata and a pair of more modern pajamas in the room, along with a warm jacket and a pair of socks for each person. There was a toilet in our entrance hall, and a sink and mirror in the room. Dinner and breakfast were both served in an independent Japanese room located in the older building, and our server conversed with us in fluent Mandarin and English. We loved the exquisitely made Japanese dinner and breakfast, every single small dish and platter of it! The two hotsprings were also delightfully pleasant. The indoors medicinal bath was small but very clean, while the outdoor bath was much more spacious. For some reason, we did not meet many people using the bath either in the evening or the morning. We opted for a shuttle bus to leave the hotel in the morning. The hotel was very helpful with answering questions and reserving shuttle service through the booking.com chat room in English. We were extremely happy with our stay, and hope to stay longer next time.

Aoni Sanso encontra-se em Senboku, a 7,6 km de Termas de Nyuto, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um salão partilhado e um restaurante. The dinners were delicious and outstanding. The private onsen can be booked for 50 minutes. It was great for a couple to share.
