SOKI ATAMI está ubicado en Atami, a 1,7 km de Playa Atami Sun, y tiene alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis, una terraza y un restaurante. We loved our terrace room and 17:30 dinner wich was carefully curated and delicious. Everything was excellent. This hotel has really good wibe.

Onyado Yuinosho, Shirakawago está ubicado en Shirakawa, a 45 km de Localidad Museo de Hida Minzoku Mura, y ofrece alojamiento con salón compartido, estacionamiento privado gratis, un restaurante y un... Llegamos tarde en la noche después de ver el pueblo de shirakawa, comenzó a llover y llegamos empapados al hotel. Apenas entramos nos ayudaron con toallas para secarnos y poder darnos las bienvenida, muy amable el equipo. Se tomaron el tiempo de explicar todos los servicios de la instalaciónes para no tener ninguna duda. El recinto es hermoso, muy tradicional, las habitaciones espaciosas y hermosas, con una vista hermosa al río por la mañana, nos entregaron pillamos y también una yukata para nuestra estadía, así también un castillo con toallas y calcetines para cuando queremos usar los baños termales. Tenian 4 baños, 2 públicos y dos privados, los cuales los públicos eran grandes y hermosos con un montón de servicios para usar, y el baño privado era una tima para máximo 2 a 3 personas lo cual lo hacía un ambiente más íntimo. De los servicios el ramen gratis estaba delicioso y también los helados gratis, recuerden que estos tienen un horario. Y el servicio de desayuno fue lo más impresionante que hemos vivido en este viaje a Japón, rico, hermosos y muy tradicional justo lo que queríamos. Volveríamos nuevamente a este hotel a futuro.

El Oyado Koto No Yume se encuentra a solo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de Takayama y ofrece habitaciones de estilo japonés con un toque colorido. Location was amazing- walking distance from the station and from the old town. The place was beautiful, and the rooms had everything. Futons were very comfy. The onsen was the best I tried so far (but I haven’t tried a lot). We did the private bath, and it was really nice. They also lend you yukatas to wear around the ryokan. And the staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful!

El Ryokan Hostel K's House ocupa un edificio de 100 años de antigüedad declarado bien cultural tangible situado en Shizuoka, a 7 minutos a pie de la estación de trenes JR Ito. El hostel es increíble. Una experiencia tradicional japonesa inolvidable. Fuimos a habitación compartida y hubo un problema con un huésped que llegó borracho, pero el personal del hotel lo resolvió rapidísimo y muy amablemente nos dieron otra habitación. El onsen es soñado. Me metí cuando no había gente y pude disfrutarlo yo sola. Incluso llovió y nos dieron paraguas y un aparato para secar las zapatillas. Super atentos. Vayan si o si!!

El Miyama Ouan ofrece un alojamiento tradicional con baños termales y vistas a la naturaleza en las montañas tranquilas de Hida. Excellent: beautiful location, amazing staff, great service and excellent facilities. Definitely our best stay in Japan. No low prices, but certainly worth it!

横川温泉湯殿ととのゆ está ubicado en Shimoda, a 33 km de Cabo Koibito Misaki, y tiene alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis y salón compartido. Exceptional setting surrounded by forest. Simple and high quality design with attention to detail everywhere across the house: materials, lights, blinds, equipment both indoor and outdoor. Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, quality toiletries, fantastic sauna, onsen, pool, phone chargers in every room etc. Relaxing place with Japanese flair. Fridge was prepared with soft drinks and beer.

Hakuunsou está ubicado en Takayama, a 48 km de Estación Takayama y a 26 km de Kamikochi. The onsens were really nice. I appreciated the simplicity of the reservation system as well.

Iroriyado Hidaya está ubicado en Takayama, a 18 minutos a pie de Estación Takayama, y tiene alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis y salón compartido. The hospitality was superb. Upon arrival, we were served matcha tea and traditional peanut snacks from Takayama, which were both delicious. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, Haruka provided us with a detailed explanation of the ryokan's facilities, as well as recommendations on attractions in and around Takayama. When we asked if we could buy fruits at Miyagawa morning market, she recommended that we buy apples there, and we successfully managed to purchase sweet apples the next day. Haruka also provided us with an extremely generous selection of Japanese snacks and helped us to select fragrant Japanese incense to light up in our room. The staff were able to communicate in basic English and the posters / printouts in the hotel (e.g. guidance on how to use the onsen & eat the Japanese breakfast) were in multiple languages. The ryokan went above and beyond to help us with our requests. They helped us to book a reservation at our requested restaurant (Kyoya) on the day of our stay, even though we reached out to them prior to our stay. I had initially wanted to ask them to help me forward my luggage to another hotel, but they kindly offered to help me store my luggage for 1.5 days after our checkout instead, which helped me save on luggage forwarding fees. The ryokan is housed in a building that is over 100 years old. Despite this, the rooms were impressively clean and well-maintained, with modern facilities such as air-conditioning and bidet toilets. The futons in the room were also very cozy and the blanket was thick and comfortable. The ryokan has an indoor onsen, which we found very relaxing after a long day outside. The ryokan can also help you light up an irori (traditional Japanese charcoal-fired hearth) although we did not try out this service.

Oni no Sumika está ubicado en Izu, a a menos de 1 km de Templo Shuzenji, y ofrece alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis y un bar. The hotel is beautiful. Separate little houses/apartments set in a Japanese garden, private onsen bath, the room was large and so comfortable. The dinner was so good, and they could accommodate me on the spot when they served a soup i couldn’t eat. The staff were absolutely amazing! And we booked the ikebana introduction, which was a great experience!
