We had the traditional room which was very ample and comfortable. We enjoyed having the possibility to have breakfast (with different great options). Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. The location is very quiet, despite being in the middle of one of Tokyo's most visited spots. Close to everything, with lots of great restaurants, cafes and shopping. And more desserts and snacks that you could wish for. The ryokan was better than I expected, the room was not huge, but comfortable. The direct view of the pagoda from the window is great. Wonderful service all around.

I liked the staff/ person that I talked to very helpful, also comfortable place with 4 bed, location and aesthetics of the unit especially is a plus if you have kids(girls) they even have toys to play with. Everything you need is in the unit. Location is not bad, and having a stroller and wheelchair it was accessible for us since there’s an elevator in the building, somehow it closes up so quick.

The best experience that we had on our trip to Tokyo. It was certainly the right call to book this ryokan for one of the last days in one of a more calmer districts of Asakusa. The customer service was exceptional and staying the night in a ryokan with a private onsen is something that we would never forget. Also the traditional Japanese breakfast is highly recommended.

It was located in a nice corner of Asakusa. A bit of a walk and definitely cold during winter. But nice walk nonetheless. Host was superb and so friendly.

Situated in Tokyo, within 1.5 km of Sensoji Temple and 2.2 km of Tokyo Skytree, Ryokan Nakadaya offers accommodation with a shared lounge. The host is very kind and recommend a lot of interesting spots to visit, and the hostel location is very convenient (around 10 minutes from subway)and it also has supermarket nearby it.

Takanawa Hanakohro - in Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa is located in Tokyo, 2.3 km from Ebisu Garden Place. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Absolutely loved this place. The staff was incredibly kind, breakfast was great, and the beds were so comfy.
