El Shukubo Koya-san Eko-in, templo budista con 1.000 años de historia, ofrece alojamiento de estilo japonés, un bonito jardín y wifi gratis. I really loved the ajinkan meditation and how the monk was kind and cheerful and pleasant. It was such a nice experience to learn something new and to have such a pleasant person that you can ask about meditation. It was so nice! The dinner was really fantastic and I was most pleasantly surprised how warm the room was because it was cold season.

高野山 宿坊 龍泉院 -Koyasan Shukubo Ryusenin- está ubicado en Koyasan, a 45 km de Matsushita Park, y ofrece vista al jardín. Staying in a temple was a great experience. The temple was gorgeous, the monks were welcoming, the food was delicious, and the room was big and comfortable. We were invated to participate in the morning ceromony. I appreciated that they provided explanations afterwards so that we could fully enjoyed it.

Guest House Takiyoshi está ubicado en Hongū, a 14 km de Hosshinmon Oji Shrine y a 21 km de Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art. El personal, son una familia muy amable y atenta. La comida (cena y desayuno fenomenal). El onsen muy auténtico y los baños compartidos muy limpios.

Minshuku Sumiya tiene una ubicación conveniente en el barrio de Kawayu Onsen, a 12 km de Hosshinmon Oji Shrine, a 20 km de Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art y a 23 km de Kumanoshi Kiwakozan Museum. The owner is just fantastic! Great personality, we loved all our interactions. At the end, he drove us to Kogumotori-oji for our hike. The mattress is comfortable and the breakfast is good. He prepared lunch boxes for us on request. The minshuku has robes for bathing in the hot springs and I loved how welcoming the atmosphere was. I want to return someday.

Also, the dinning experience is next level, here you can have that luxurious, delicious and beautiful meals that cost a fortune in high end restaurants.

El Jokiin tiene estacionamiento privado gratuito y se encuentra en Koyasan, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Nunca en mi vida había tenido una experiencia similar. El templo es muy bello y las habitaciones son super cómodas, cuentan con baño privado con tina, televisor (que no usé), altar e incienso para meditar o rezar, futón cómodo y Yukata para que la uses en las instalaciones. Incluye cena y desayuno vegetariano, rico y abundante. Si se hospeda acá, no pierda la oportunidad de participar del rezo de la mañana, es una experiencia sin igual. Durante mi estadía tuve un upgrade en la habitación y me asignaron una con vista al jardín trasero. Magnífico.

El Yochi-in ocupa un histórico templo situado en la zona sagrada del monte Koya. Increíble experiencia! El monje que nos recibió y acompañó durante la estadía fue fantástico. Y la habitación espectacular. Super recomendable, volvería sin dudas
