Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Amazing experience of a traditional ryokan. The staff was excellent, kind and helpful at all times, rooms were clean and tidy, ours had an amazing view of the lake. You can use most of the facilities for free with some additional ones having a fee. We chose the included dinner and breakfast option, dinner was an amazing experience full of flavors and textures we were not used but definitely liked. Breakfast was pretty good, buffet style, but with both Japanese and western options. In terms of location, I think it’s really good depending on what you want to visit. It is just in front of the lake, and has the red line (i think) bus stop right in front of it, which we used to get there from the train station and to get to other tourist spots around the lake. There’s a lawson just outside, the boat ride in the lake and the panoramic ropeway are also just a few minutes walk away which was very convenient.

Amazing view from the hotel and staff we very nice and helpful. Masks at the hotel were delicious and everything was clean and organized. 八海 木花館 features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Oshino, 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland. There is a private entrance at the ryokan for the convenience of those who stay. Every room comes with a balcony with garden views. The word “extraordinary” is more than fitting for this hotel. From the very first moment, you feel genuinely welcomed and completely at ease. The friendly and exceptionally helpful staff deserve special mention, as do the outstanding breakfasts and dinners served during your stay. With many local ingredients and traditional Japanese culinary artistry at a fine dining level, absolutely no wishes are left unfulfilled. The rooms themselves are spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. After a wonderful day exploring the area, you can relax either on the terrace with its Zen garden or in your own private onsen bath. While the price is somewhat higher, it is absolutely justified given the quality of service provided. I would gladly return here at any time.

Set in Yamanakako in the Yamanashi region, Hanamizuki offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. This 2-star ryokan offers a garden. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. We loved this place! Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Google translator helped us to communicate. It's a hotel with traditional Japanese rooms with futons and shared bathrooms. I would recommend booking with breakfast and dinner! The food they prepared was delicious. To hotel is just a short walk away from the lake with the most beautiful view onto Mt Fuji. The hotel had plenty of parking and the whole building was spotless. We loved our stay there and would absolutely come back

Located just a minute's walk from Kawaguchiko Lake, Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel offers accommodation in Fujikawaguchiko, near Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. The hotel is a minutes' walk away from the shores of Kawaguchiko and Kawaguchiko Herbkan. We were lucky to get the corner room with a direct view of Mt. Fuji - it was such a treat! The owner was so nice and helpful! We were picked up and dropped off at the train station. The location was close enough to a lawson/ restaurants / a big supermarket so you can walk there even without a bus! The park near the hotel also has a great view of Mt. Fuji.

Well situated in the Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district of Fujikawaguchiko, Taiheikan is set 2 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 3.8 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 25 km from Mount Fuji. Each accommodation at the 3-star ryokan has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot spring bath and a public bath. The ryokan offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Really lovely inn. My best experience at an accommodation by far. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They had even studied a few words in my native language (Finnish) to greet me. Really brought a smile to my face and felt like I was really taken care of. They were very helpful and taught me about Fuji. My Japanese skills weren't really good, but the staff were patient and very understanding. The onsen was great and I felt really relaxed after enjoying one. A yukata was also provided to be worn during the stay. There were clear instructions on how to properly wear one and it was beautiful and comfy to wear. There was also a good view of Mt. Fuji out of the room's window. I happened to be lucky and have a view without clouds. The room was a traditional tatami-mat room and there were lots of necessities provided. Also green tea and sweets came with the room. I really hope to visit again in the future.
