An excelent lake front hotel with very comfortable rooms and onsen. The meals were very good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Excelent place to arrive to in Japan and catch a glimpse at Mt Fuji.

Really nice Ryokan experience. Recommend their wine card. They gave us a room with a Mount Fuji view even though we were supposed to get a lake room view, so that was nice.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. fantastic onsenji hotel! the staffs are very friendly and helpful. the location is also very nice,which is walkable , as well as the bus station is upon it. hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off services to the kawaguchiko station. the amazing free breakfast and valuable dinner . onsenji is awesome!

The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The food was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful - they organized our transportation from the hotel upon check-out. I highly recommend this place!

We received excellent service, the staff were very friendly at all times, and we were even welcomed by the hotel manager. The views are spectacular, we saw Mount Fuji from different perspectives and I don't think it could be seen more beautifully from anywhere else. Although it is a hotel with a lot of history and has been operating for a long time, all the vintage details actually enrich the experience. Furthermore, I never thought sleeping on a futon could be so comfortable. I regretted not booking more nights at this place. Finally, I would like to point out that the guy at the reception has the best English I heard in all of Japan, which is much appreciated. Although the restaurant was closed because the chef was on holiday, the reception offered us a pizza that was delicious. I hope to return very soon!

Fantastic stay with a view of Mount Fuji, located close to the Kawaguchiko Lake. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly. We received many good recommendations during our stay. As a guest, you feel incredibly welcome. We had a wonderful experience with access to the private Onsen and we got a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. The hotel shuttlebuss drove us to the train station - very easy and comfortable. We will gladly come back again! Thank you for an unforgettable trip to Kawaguchiko Lake.
