Very nice apartment. Rooms are as spacious as seen on the photos. One bedroom is smaller and the kitchen is a bit narrow but otherwise, there's plenty of space. A large ski boots heater and ski/snowboard storage is located in the basement. It worked flawlessly. Good temperature, it was nicely warm for our whole stay. Toaster, microwave, coffee machine (with filters) and a dishwasher available in the kitchen. Closest shop is about 650m from the apartment.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic! We stayed in an independent apartment with a private entrance in the owners' house and felt welcome from the very beginning – we were greeted with a lovely note wishing us a pleasant stay. The apartment was very well-equipped – we had everything we needed, from kitchenware to boot and glove warmers, which were extremely useful after a day on the slopes. The bathroom and toilet were beautifully renovated, and the whole apartment was warm and cozy. A wonderful extra touch was the selection of natural cosmetics provided by the owner, who makes them herself, adding a special and unique charm to the place. Another great advantage was the excellent location – a bakery and local restaurants were nearby, and we had easy access to several ski resorts. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and communication with them was quick and efficient. Our whole family was delighted with our stay, and we highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back.

Over the years of recreation in the Zillertal Valley, this chalet was the best from where we stayed on vacation. From the first minutes of your stay here, you get the impression that you are at home. Try to look at the photo and imagine yourself in this place, and be sure that when you are there, your emotions will be twice as bright. The accommodation was amazing - clean, cozy, and modern. Parking was available right outside the apartment door, making it incredibly convenient to unload my belongings and hit the slopes right away. Comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a common room where I could relax and unwind. Skiing was a breeze with great slopes and perfect conditions at the surrounding ski resorts which was perfectly close.

Very nice accommodation! Comfortable, clean, kitchen very well equipped, everything is new and of quality. The photos are not deceiving and we had a good experience there. The hosts were really friendly and I can only recommend. Amazing views from the balcony and close to a Spar.

Only best comments. Margret is the best. Our family had the best time there. The place was incredibly big and clean. And the best thing was that we had washing machine since we were traveling around Austria almost a week and it was one of the best thing there.

    We were very happy with the friendliness and flexibility of our hosts. We had a great stay. The view was beautiful. There's a supermarket close by and restaurants in the village. In the summer there is also a lift in the village. Unfortunately we were too early but we got the tip from the hosts to go to the festival in Zell am Ziller. That was great. The bed rooms were good and the seat in the kitchen is perfect for playing board games with the family.

    A very nice, modern, small but cosy flat. Kitchen was well equipped. We felt very comfortable there. The lifts were in a walking distance. The host was very nice and very welcoming.

    Excellent location also in the summer for hiking, really nice appartment, spacious with all equipments in the kitchen and super nice owner, we even received a present when we left! We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend this place!

    The location is so secluded and the house is amazing. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was a great location to chill. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean.
