The property was easy to find by car and parking is available directly within the property. If you come by public transport. It is very close to the train station. The apartment is as described and exceeded my expectations! It looked and felt brand new. It is indeed very family friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to prepare everything that we needed. check-in was easy through the machine in between the two buildings. Instruction to check-in comes when you book the property. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again if I'm in the area!

For anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Villach, you have found it. The location is perfect because it is just 5 minutes of driving from the town but far enough for a quiet and calm stay. The property is well-equipped for a long stay. Everything is well thought out when it comes to hosting the guests because it doesn't just cover the minimum like many apartments do, it feels very homely. If you need more toilet paper or any cleaning products - they are available without even the need to ask for them, if you need towels or clean sheets - they are free just for you to grab from the wardrobe, etc. You get your private garage, so there is no need to worry about the car being under the open sky. The beds are spacious and comfortable. There are a few things that deserve a special mention. The mosquito nets, there aren't that many hosts that think about such details that will make the stay 100% better because who wants to be constantly bothered by the insects. The sofa, Oh My God, when I tell you that that is the reason that my family didn't want to leave the apartment, I am not lying. The coffee, it is so rare to see an actual coffee machine but even rarer is to see extra coffee beans that you can use. Thank you so much to a very friendly and responsive host Michael for such an amazing stay, would more than love to book again.

    The place was very spacious and easy to access, just a few minutes from the station as well as various stores and bakeries just around the corner. A kitchen with everything you need and a great bathroom. The area was very quiet while still being close to the vibrant city centre!

    Excellent location: very near the railway station, and a short walk to the Altstadt centre with restaurants and bars. Beautifully furnished room, enough space, very clean. In the small kitchenette there is everything you need for a short (or even longer) stay. Nice little shared terrace. Very friendly staff, who nicely accommodated to our changing timetable (the train was late).

    This is a self catering apartment with many cafes restaurants supermarket shops around it. The facilities in the apartment were first class, from a great bathroom/wc/power shower with constant hot water. Towels, bed linen, lounge, bedrooms, kitchen space, balcony all in excellent condition and very clean/hygienic. Full credit and praise to the owner Niklas, who was in contact if needed. We would recommend this 4th floor apartment to anyone, and would certainly consider it again if we came to Villach.
