I was solo with a dog on a work / dog trip and this home was PURFECT. On so many levels this house was just beautiful set up. From the garage access, to the paved areas, covered areas, from garden, and beautiful home. It was the kind of home I would happily live in so spending a night was a total pleasure but for dog friendly people this is the home you need to select.

Stopped here for a night on the road to Melbourne and instantly loved it. The house has everything needed and is a really peaceful little place. The village up the road has a nice pub with food that was recommended by the host. Almost wished we’d stayed an extra night.

The staff were very considerate and helpful. We checked in later than expected (8:45 p.m.) due to traffic issues on the Hume HWY and then eating dinner before restaurants closed downtown. No hassles at all at check-in and when we saw our comfortable, clean, contemporary designed bedroom we were elated. Especially the next morning when we opened our drapes to see the charming town below and the panoramic view of mountains in the background. Breakfast that morning was amazing too! My husband is partial to moist scrambled eggs and y'all delivered on that point. Forgot to mention the bed was very comfortable and the room temperature perfect.

We booked a single night as a break from camping to avoid serious rain and then extended to 2. The management and cleaning team could not have been more helpful in accommodating our needs. The laundry facilities were excellent, and our (2) rooms clean, comfortable and warm. Parking was covered and right outside our door. Location is excellent, a short walk to the high street with banks, post office and shops, plus a beautiful park behind the motel.
