We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in the heart of Asenovgrad, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Everything was perfect, we spent 3 beautiful days in the apartment and we felt amazing. Everything is described as in the photos, even better. Furniture is new, all the place well maintained, not to mention the decorations. I was surprised by how clean the apartment was and how helpful and nice the host. From the photos and reviews, I obviously thought I'd like this apartment, but I still feel like I totally lucked out with this place. I initially wanted to stay in the old town, but having visited I think this is a better part of town to stay. The old town is pretty but not much is open after 6, so there's a bit more life around here and you're still only 10-15 minutes walk from anything in the old town. But don't worry about noise: I'm a very light sleeper and found the sound insulation very good. Not 100% sound-proof of course, but when I was sitting outside at night and then came in, I noticed it getting significantly quieter once I closed the door. The bathroom is small, but there's some shelf space. The apartment itself is bigger than I expected from the photos and while small for an apartment, it's bigger than most standard hotel rooms. The kitchen has a nice selection of teas and coffees, and some basic herbs & oils if you want to cook. The host was very kind and accommodating, and the views from the balcony were wonderful. Overall, fantastic and I highly recommend it.
