We were met by the host Mario. He was very hospitable. He had gone into details to ensure our stay was Brilliant. The apartment is extremely comfortable for a family of 4. The additional bunk bed could accommodate 2 smaller kids. The location I would rate as the best in Interlaken. The apartment was extremely self-catering for a family to stay a holiday in.

Our family had a wonderful time here. The apartment is conveniently located close to Interlaken West train station and bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants, yet tucked away from the main road allowing for privacy. Situated close to the scenic Aare river, it has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and good Wi-Fi connectivity. It is clean, comfortable and spacious and has incredible views of the mountains from some of the rooms. Our friendly and kind hosts shared clear check-in instructions well ahead of our arrival, as well as helpful tips for our stay in Interlaken. They were promptly responsive when we needed to reach out on any questions or concerns we had during our stay and pulled all stops to ensure we had a pleasant, worry-free stay.

Nice and cosy accommodation with dining area, small kitchen with kitchenware and condiments, one double bed and one sofa bed. Very clean. Received a welcome chocolate and bottle of wine :). The location is good, the scenery is absolutely beautiful. 30 minutes by train to Lauterbrunnen & Grindelwald. 3 hours train to Zermatt. The apartment is very clean & comfortable.
