Super clean, modern, and larger room than expected. In fact the website pictures do not do it justice. Its much better looking than depicted. For a studio its perfect for up to 2 people. The bathroom is HUGE, floor to ceiling marble, and it has a full size tub and nice rain type shower that also has a hand shower.
