Because it is a typical alpine chalet, the slopes are a little low in a couple of places but that was not a problem. Parking was adjacent to the property and the addition of a fully equipped laundry room was an added bonus. Nice garden area as well. Bed large an comfortable, the bathroom very fine and clean - the whole apartment was very clean. The kitchen was very well equiped. There is a lovely garden around the house and plenty of space for the car. The house is very close to the two castles so one do not need to use the car when visiting and the price for a days parking is rather expencive. Very nice kitchen and dining area, kitchen appliances all Miele Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the apartment with door code. We also liked that you could walk to the supermarket and local restaurants in Schwangau. Also within walking distance was the lake. The property is well located with the castle view point from the apartment itself, visible from bedroom, kitchen and from the backyard too. We did home cook food as we came with the kids and it has all amenities required for the same. My kids enjoyed the stay a lot as they had a lot of interactive board games.
