Everything was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment super clean, spacious and cozy, with amazing view on the pool and the volcano. Big balcony to eat outside or to sunbathe. The fresh flowers and candy in the apartment were a lovely add on. The bedroom is peaceful and dark to sleep with no noise from outside. I loved that there are many restaurants in the complex, all too with friendly staff and good food. The apartment is on a walking distance to the beach and there's a bus stop very close with pick up point for excursions and bus stop towards the airport. All by all we had a wonderful stay there.

It’s a very nice and clean apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet and terrase. It has kitchen utensils, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, a hairdryer, a fridge, etc. The bed is comfortable, there is no noise (you can hear voices from outside, but that's not a problem), the apartment smells really nice, and the view is truly beautiful. Shops, restaurants, bus station, city center and beaches are very close.

Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at the Perla de Mar apartment in Los Cristianos and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect – tucked just behind the bus station, which made getting around the island super convenient, and only a short walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment itself was spotless and very spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view – absolutely breathtaking and the perfect way to start and end the day. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, ensuring the apartment was stocked with toiletries and a few essentials when we arrived, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated after traveling. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in a fantastic location with great hosts, I would 100% recommend Perla de Mar. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect for our holiday – thank you! The location is very central, yet the complex is calm and quiet. The entire area is very well maintained – walking to the apartment feels like strolling through a garden. There’s also a lovely pool area, but you have to pay 3 euros for a sunbed (for all day). The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed. We especially loved the terrace – modern and comfortable, perfect for dining and relaxing, with a view of the ocean! :) The beds were separate, but very comfortable – memory foam pillows and mattresses ensured a great night’s sleep. We will definitely come back & choose this apartment again!

Hosts were extremely helpful and supportive. Once Kathrin found out that we're with a 8 month old baby, she got us a playing mat as her own initiative! Great contact over whatsapp, definitely a place to go. In December, there were no issues to find a parking spot.

We absolutely loved this apartment, it was perfectly located, easy access to shops and restaurants with no steep areas and so close to the beach. Very cosy, plenty of room and was absolutely spotless clean, really impressed with the high standards. Our host tatiana was also very lovely, perfect and helpful communication, no issues at all.
