This is a well-equipped appartement with dishes and glasses and everything - even boiler and coffee machine. It also has a microwave and actual oven. The rooms are spacious and the host was really nice. There was a heating - both in the bedroom and in the living room. There were pillows and covers. The flat is very close to metro (Garibaldi) and tram (Porte Saint Ouen) - so no problem for getting to the city center.

This was a gorgeous apartment and a wonderful host. I've never experienced such a homely and warm welcome. The owner gave detailed instructions on how to get the keys and codes for the front door. We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the apartment. They left us a wonderful plate of fresh bread and pastries, sweets, and a bottle of white wine. They also provided cereal and delicious jam. We felt like we were visiting relatives rather than renting an apartment. Two days later, we were again treated to delicious pancakes that the owner had prepared for us. Thank you again for your service and thoughtfulness! The apartment is very cozy and fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The bed in the bedroom is magnificent; we slept like we were at home after long walks in Paris. The sofa bed in the living room folds out and comfortably accommodates two adults. The apartment was warm and the hot water was constant; we stayed at the end of October. The towels and shower accessories were in perfect condition. We found the location to be absolutely perfect. A 2-3 minute walk to Lidl and 3-5 minutes to the metro. Everything felt right outside our window. It's a very quiet side street. Garibaldi station is very uncrowded and safe. We spent about 20-30 minutes on the metro to the Eiffel Tower. There's an authentic French bakery nearby called Gabestan. The croissants there are simply amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I will recommend you and your apartment to my friends.

The location of the apartment is very good. Everything in Paris can be reached very easily with public transportation. The rooms are clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything what you need during your stay eg caffe, sugar, honey, salt and pepper, etc. You can feel like home. The bathroom is small but clean. You can find shower gel in it. We liked this apartment and will return if we choose Paris again as our destination.

On one hand, it is nice that food products are provided, but on the other hand, it is strange that we have to replenish what we consume. In my opinion, it is the host's responsibility to take care of breakfast, especially if it is stated that breakfast is included in the price. Overall, it felt like we had entered someone else's home where someone lives, rather than apartments for guests. There were too many personal items. Overall, it was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything necessary.

The house was lovely, and the area felt safe and easily accessible from the sights of Paris. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were fine. There were plenty of showers and toilets (and even a bath). The garden was a bonus.

The apartment was exactly as it appears on Booking.Com (Thank goodness)!! The hostess communicated with me and responded in a timely manner. The location was very good. The apartment was big enough for 2 people. The dining space, kitchen area, and the bathroom were very well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. My friend and I would definitely come back to stay here again!!

The location is near the metro, clean, there is a kitchen and utensils, iron, wash machine ,a comfortable bed. Netflix connected (my daughter appreciated it;))
