This was one of the loveliest accommodation we‘ve ever been. Annabel gave us a warm welcome. And the small cottage was very cosy and had everything we needed. It was quiet, tidy and clean. We highly recommend this place!

We had a brilliant stay in this lovingly decorated and beautifully appointed cosy historic house in the centre of Broughton village. A peaceful night's sleep in a comfy room with a fantastic view of the church - and the excellent pub round the corner. Deborah couldn't have been more helpful, and left some much appreciated supplies for breakfast. We also enjoyed the cosy living room with a very well tuned piano! We will be back!

Very clean and well thought out accommodation. Bed big and comfortable. Nice view over fields. Hosts friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but imagine it would be a good place to stay longer in future.

Beautiful spot by one of the Test's streams complete with the ducks. Absolutely lovely for 2 agile people as the short stairs to the bedroom on the mezzanine are very steep. The flat had a small lounge with woodburner and was the same price as the normal bedroom in the usual hotel so great value for the money. The .George pub a short walk from The Den was great too. The food was cooked beautifully and wasn't a bad price for such delights.

    Easy to collect the keys. The house was perfect for what we needed. Comfy and clean beds, clean and well stocked kitchen, bathrooms were clean and tidy. The lounge was a nice place to sit at night. Couldnt have asked for anything more. Enough parking for a van and a car outside.
