    The location and facilities overall were very good. Very peaceful location, nice places to walk. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The letting agents were really helpful and gave us useful information about the area.

    Excellent facilities, including kitchen utensils (only missing a colander). Spacious with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower). Easy check-in (key safe). Very clean. Lots of sockets. Modern decor. Not overlooking any houses from the living room (you can see gardens and woodland beyond). Handy location for Brechin Train Station (heritage railway). Host gave plenty of information about key collection, car parking etc.

    The house is very nice, perfect size for a family of 4. The kitchen is very well equipt for cooking. I like that there was a chest of toys, books and games, great to amuse the kids. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, but also could hang washing outside. Location was very pretty in the middle of the countryside.
