What a great find!! Q Square was the perfect location. We arrived by train - it was about a 10 minute walk straight towards the beach. It was right in the centre of the city but at the back of a small square so it was quiet. We had a beautiful sea view from out balcony - the sea was probably about 500 metres away but our view was down the street. We had a studio which was very good - a very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave. Very well set up - all looked very new. + a lovely balcony with amazing view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A short walk to the beach & most tourist attractions. Very close to the Lanes & the main shopping centre. Lots of cafes & shops around.

We had a great stay at this 3-bedroom flat in Brighton. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and it suited our needs perfectly. It’s about a 7-minute drive from the seafront, which was convenient for us. The building is a council property, but the flat itself was well-kept and welcoming. The host was very nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The mattresses were on the softer side, but the bed linen was spotless and fresh. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place. We’d be happy to return next time we’re in Brighton.

    Phoenix Halls is a university halls of residence, so not a luxury hotel... But you get a decent room, with en suite shower room (functional, but fine), and access to a kitchen with oven etc. So, not luxury, but a well-priced option, with the facilities for (basic) self catering, and in central Brighton. Good, practical budget choice.

    The property is central, close to all amenities, the lanes, the shops and the beach! it is beautifully decorated and well looked after with comfortable beds and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you could need for self catering. the security was excellent with three sets of door codes to get through to get in to the apartment.
