The accommodation has been finished to an extremely high standard, including all the finishing touches. It's cosy at night, but easy to get air through on hot days. Oven and hob were really handy, as I was back late so could prep food easily. Bathroom is a good size, and water pressure and temp are on a par with some of the best hotels. Everything was pristine, bed and furniture were comfy - any visitor will be totally spoilt, and I almost felt guilty about being out and about most of the visit. The hot tub is a great 'perk', and once heated it actually stayed warm enough for the next 48 hrs. Great looking up at the [shooting] stars and satellites while sitting there. Breakfast on the deck watching the fish in the pond and the ponies in the field was idyllic. Brief interaction with my hosts was really good; they left me to it, but assisted promptly when I had a query. Location is perfect for some of the best parts of this area of Wales: Barmouth especially, but a lovely beach at Fairbourne too, national park, beaches, and I even nipped as far as Aberystwyth and Devil's Bridge, which are only an hour away.

Location was exactly what we were after. Room and value for money more than exceeded our expectations. Hosts Andy and Serafin really made us more than welcome in fact we felt very comfortable sharing their home and felt like family. Do yourself a favour and stay at this wonderful home, you will not be disappointed. Without a doubt the best stay we have ever had.

We had a really lovely stay at the cottage. It was clean, cosy, and well-equipped—everything we needed for a special weekend. The space was peaceful, comfortable, and felt like a real home away from home. One important thing to mention is that the listing says it’s a one-bedroom property, but it actually has three bedrooms, which was a wonderful surprise and worked perfectly for our group. It might just be an error on the listing, but it’s worth updating as it makes a big difference when planning a stay. The location was great too—quiet but close to everything. And the host was lovely and very helpful. We’d definitely stay again!

Self catering/ lovely little town house right in the beautiful town Dolgellau. Perfect base for 3/4 peaople to explore this beautiful part if wales. We stayed 2 nights to walk up to the Summit of the Cader idris mountain range.I will stay at cosy cottage again & will reccomend it to family & friends. A perfect 2 night stay & successful walk on the pony path to the Cader idris summit.

Cute, attractive glamping pods with a practical layout, with a great little kitchen with fridge and microwave. The bedroom area can be curtained off for privacy. Lots of nice little touches and practical extras. Pods are situated close to shared campsite bathrooms, which were cleaned frequently. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Snowdonia.

Isolated but still within 20-30 mins walk of Dolgellau town centre. Magical location; very peaceful with pods on edge of forest about 150 yds from shower block and communal kitchen and common room. (Drop toilet in forest near to pods). Kitchen spotless and social/common room with biking theme really cool !

Clean, comfortable and warm facilities. Plenty of room in kitchen area and around the table for self catering. Situated in a lovely quiet location with nice walks locally in woods and along the estruary and 10 min drive for Coed y Brenin trail centre. Had garden space with drying line and seats. as Rich for hose to wash bikes and access to secure storage. the combination of the above plus a comfy sofa and TV with netflix made it excellent value for the money on sunny or wet days.

Lovely cottage and beautiful location. Cottage is very nicely done up & feels very private. Extra little touches included bread milk & breakfast goodies which were much appreciated. Soft robes to wear after a shower. Kitchen is good size & easy for self catering. Bed lovely and firm yet soft at the same time. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place for a couple to stay. Finally Serafina is a lovely friendly host

Self catering option with plenty of space, separate lounge/ kitchen. Location in town with views and private feel - and also for my work. Very comfy bed. Great kitchen facilities.
