Excellent location and ideal for active people. You can travel light as all rentals, bedding etc is provided for you. There is a kitchen hut with free for all use of the facilities if your glamping. Howard and Fiona were very attentive and were excellent for advising on local areas to visit and places to explore. It is an adult only facility and dogs are allocated to certain areas to ensure it’s a tranquil and relaxing stay if that’s what you’re looking for. We walked from the camp site through the valley all the way to Ladram bay - ~3.5 hike but beautiful countryside and views of the ocean on the coastal path.

Firstly, this place is stunning! The level of finish and equipment is all high end, with a clear designers eye being present. The layout makes fantastic use of the space, with a spacious living and kitchen area, combined with a beautiful bathroom. Everything you need is provided, with full kitchen, smart TV and strong WiFi. Spotlessly clean, it is compact but perfect for a couple or a solo traveller. Location is great, right at the start of the main street with easy access to shops, food places and the beach. The inclusion of a parking permit and a £5 voucher for the village shop was a very nice touch.

Everything you could possibly need was available. It was tastefully furnished. Beds really comfortable. Loads of room. There was access to a garden if you’re travelling with children. Toys and board games were in the property as well. I would highly recommend this accommodation and if I travel in this area again I will definitely stay here.

    Angelica - No 73. - The Holiday Bungalow is spacious, light and comfortable. Kitchen is fitted well with Dishwasher/Washing Machine etc. Loved the fact it is a great place to chill and relax also a good base to travel to surrounding areas. Sidmouth, West Bay/Bridport, Branscombe etc. The site is very Dog Friendly and has a vast grassy area (dogs on leads) The Donkey Sanctuary is very close. There is also a Dog Field (Westy and Worzels) to hire cheaply nearby.

    Peaceful location with sea views. huge cottage with everything we needed for a great holiday. Comfortable sofas ,beds, and an amazing kitchen, although we eat out most of the time. Also, a handy en suite that gives you 2 bathrooms .

    We rented two cottages and both were excellent and exactly what we wanted. My son and his children used one and we used the other with our daughters visiting at different times during the week. We were all very happy with the facilities, beds were good and the kitchen has everything you could want for self catering.
