We had a wonderful stay at this clean, newly renovated apartment. The location is perfect — close to the sea, yet quiet and not crowded. We especially enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our windows. I stayed here with my husband and our child, and it’s an excellent place for families. There’s a playground nearby, and many children play safely in the street. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The host was fantastic — very attentive and responsive. When I mentioned that the washing machine wasn’t working well, they brought a brand-new one within just 2–3 hours so I could wash our things without any trouble. Truly impressive! Very nice people, a great location, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again.

Flat is clean and nice, looks like they have a refreshment recently, got all the amenities you may need. Nice balcony exposure - you can see sunsets. Also host was very helpful with our questions. The beach is located next to the building.

We had a wonderful stay at this very cute and lovely house. It was perfect for our group of friends, with all the necessary amenities to make our time together comfortable and enjoyable. The house was beautifully decorated, with cozy and stylish touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and just as described. We truly felt at home.     I had an amazing stay at the Bata Apartment. Bata and Tamila were incredibly friendly hosts who made me feel right at home. Their two adorable dogs, Chapie and Charlie, added to the welcoming atmosphere. The apartment's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and a great restaurant. My room was clean and offered a beautiful sea view. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. I highly recommend the Bata Apartment for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

    Spacious with an open kitchen and clean with sea view. It was near to the Georgian Turkey border and was quite an experience to see people coming and going at the same time beach goers enjoying the sun. Host was really nice and cooperative. It was like a family home. Great value for money paid.
