The cleanliness of the apartment was next level. Like home. I didn't have to wipe down anything because it was spotless. The location was very close to the airport. Private parking at your front door. The kitchen was stocked with food that we could use without an extra charge. Definitely staying there again.

Our stay at Casarela was truly beautiful – a magical experience. The apartment is new, beautifully designed, fully equipped, and spotless – you literally only need to bring your swimsuit. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly kind and welcoming. Kos itself is a stunning, magical island with the most breathtaking sunset we’ve ever seen in Zia. We highly recommend both Casarela and the island. Thank you once again!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is impeccably clean, with a superb terrace and a delightful courtyard full of flowers. The setting is strategic for easily exploring all the attractions. But what truly made this vacation memorable were our hosts, Mrs. Mihaela and Mr. Vasile. Without exaggeration, they are the best hosts we've ever met! Their attention to detail is remarkable: Mrs. Mihaela left us all sorts of sweets, water, and coffee, and Mr. Vasile gave us a warm welcome and all the necessary information about the island. The traditional dessert prepared by Mrs. Mihaela was absolutely delicious! A huge bonus was their flexibility with a late check-out. We had our flight at 7:00 PM, and they allowed us to stay in the house, which was extremely beneficial. We highly recommend this wonderful location and will definitely return!

We arrived at a place that was new to Booking, which looked good in the photos, we took a certain risk. We arrived at the place, we were greeted by Kiki with kindness and love, she even left us groceries in the fridge in case we were hungry after the flight. The apartment is lovely, (even more beautiful than in the pictures). Kiki and Manolis helped with any questions and we even got to taste Kiki's hand pastry.

The flat is lovingly furnished and super equipped, everything was available. We booked it because we had to get to the airport very early and it is only a few minutes walk away. The host, Maria, is very friendly, we had good communication. We felt very comfortable. We would book the accommodation again and recommend it to others.

Perfectly kept newly build apartment. Great location too if you have a rental car and want seclusion. One other review mentions the the road towards the house is a difficult drive. If you've driven a mountain road once in your life you will be perfectly fine.

The location is near to Zia which is a very interesting village and it’s well connected with the rest of the island. The apartment itself was very clean, equipped with all the necessities. Communication with the host was easy and effective. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-located. But what truly made the difference was our host, Jiannis. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and eat. His warmth and hospitality made our stay even more special.     This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything looks exactly like the pictures - or even better. The beds are really comfy, also the furniture outside is not just really stylish it's also really comfy. We loved to relax at the pool and listen to the sound of the palms in the wind. We've cooked in the kitchen, we had everything we've needed. The house is very well equipped. And Sia, the host, is super friendly and will support you if you have any questions or needs. We will definitely come back!

    It was really value for money. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The surroundings were very chilled and relaxed, we felt like we were in the countryside. The owners had a little supermarket downstairs so we could buy all the basic stuff. Plus they were the standard of greek hospitality, giving us free fruits and vegetables and even eggs. Even more, they gave us a late check-out and a ride to the airport when we couldn't find a taxi.
