The location was perfect, right in the center of Parikia, making it very convenient for walking around and exploring the town. The room was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. We had a wonderful stay at Ni & Gio – the apartment was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It’s clear the hosts put thought into every detail. We had a wonderful stay at Climata House. Everything was more than perfect – the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed (fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, AC, WiFi). The terrace was lovely place to relax, with peace, silence, and beautiful sunsets. The location worked out perfectly for us – we could easily reach the center and the beach on foot. At the same time, it’s also ideal for those traveling by car, making it convenient for any type of guest. The owners were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive – they made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend Climata House and would love to stay here again!

    The house is beautiful and the owner is really making an effort that everything is fine. Rooms are clean and big enough for 5. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the Terrasse you can see the sunset, the sea and the neighbor island antiparos. We will come back for sure!
