The apartment is spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious with a good size balcony (we stayed in Afroditi apartment with a sea-view). The location is perfect, especially if you do not have a car. The noisy road can not be heard, but the way from the main road is not long and not steep. Just around the corner there is a great cafe Dentrakia, a small supermarket is also close by, and the center of Vathy with all the nice restaurants, bakeries, cafés and shops are in a 10-minute walk. A gorgeous beach called Dexa is just 12-minute by foot. Hristo, the owner is super friendly, helpful, guest-oriented and very kind, fast in replying, though speaks little English, but the translation apps can help. There was daily cleaning and a change of bed-linen after two days. The kitchen is properly equipped, you can cook, bake, there is a kettle and a toaster, too. In the fridge 2 big bottles of water, and couple of small butter and jams were waiting for us plus a pack of rusk, coffee capsules, tea-bags and sugar. The bathroom is not big, but also very clean, toiletries were provided, the water pressure was perfect and hot water was always available. The air-condition functioned very well, too. We highly recommend to book Iris Apartment which is in a traditional Ionian Ithacan house for your stay in Ithaca.

Beautiful garden, felt like an authentic Greek home, very clean and quiet. Korina offered to do our laundry, which was very kind! She also taught us how to make traditional Greek coffee using the kitchen supplies. Very close walk to town and local supermarket. Would definitely return to this property.

    The property is great, enough for a couple with a large bedroom, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There’s even a laundry machine outside you can use. The outdoor sitting area is also great to relax in the early morning, afternoon and evening when it’s not sunny! Location wise despite having to go up a few stairs, it’s perfect as you are just a few minutes from the supermarket and main area in Vathy. Communication with the host is also super direct.

    Everything.. the place, the view, the seating at the garden area. The flowers on trees, so pretty. the cool temperature, the facilities, the refreshments provided, the kitchen and it's equivalent. The view of the room and loungeroom, lovely and sweetly set up,. The staff, we met, are so delightful and most kind people I have met. Epiharis studios are worth high value to visit and book a place to stay. very impressed. I do hope for the best of them whom they do the best service, always. !!! unforgettable experience.

    The house is very central which is convenient with kids. It was clean and equipped to the last detail. It is cozy and comfortable and very homely. The kitchen had everything you need in it so you can cook if you don't fancy going out. The host were available at anytime of the day, very kind and helpful.

    Lovely spacious villa with loads of character which has been converted cleverly into 4 great sized bedrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Loads of outdoor space with shady bits. Big private garden with great sized pool. Lots of space for us to spread out when we wanted to and come together for meals. Location is amazing - quiet but only a few mins walk to the waterfront with loads of tavernas, shops and cafes. Vathy is gorgeous.

    Diskouri is fantastic. The location is about 400m from the town. The rooms are big with their own outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. All have stunning views of the water. The rooms have a tidy kitchenette. We were greeted by our lovely boat Francesca and nothing was an issue. We loved it.
