Very helpful owner and answered our questions with no delay! Very big and comfortable house,clean and big rooms No A/C and a bit far on feet from downtown. But was a very quiet stay as it is located far from the crowds!

We used this as a stopover after a flight and it was perfect for this. Just a short 10 min drive max from the airport. Property is in an apartment complex and had cafes / restaurants below. Property had a great view of the volcano from the balcony. Apartment itself was very modern and had great WiFi. Check in and out was very easy.

My stay in Casa Ela was a 5 * experience. Lupita, Alvaro and Nala become a second family for you, the moment you get in the house. They helped me with everything, we discussed about everything and they even made a delicious dinner with local Xmas menu. What more to ask as a solo traveler? The view from the terrace is insane! I have only good words to say about Casa Ela cause everything was lovely. Totally recommended!

Marcela, the host, accommodated us and also replied quickly to all of my enquiries. We had to find an accommodation at the last minute because one of our guests got sick and we had to cancel our plans of leaving Guatemala City. Marcela received us and also gave us a similar apartment in the same complex when we decided to extend our stay. The location is fantastic. You can walk to Paseo Cayalá if you want. The apartment has everything you need should you want to cook, including some basic pantry items, like coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. There are also some amenities in the apartment complex, like a gym, a yoga room, a pool, etc. Overall very nice stay and what we needed to recover.

The room was cleaned and the bed made up on a daily basis. The lobby area is huge with a sofa, dining table and a kitchen. The host provided us with sufficient advice to navigate around the city. All the information was provided on a laminated card. There is a huge mall, a market and loads of restaurants around. We used uber to get around.
