The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. She met us on the main road so we would know where to turn (it's a bit difficult to find the driveway). We had a few questions during our stay that were answered right away. The bathroom is a bit tight but fine for most purposes.

Location was 3-4 minutes on foot to the city center where everything is. Despite that, there was no noticeable noise, which you can't really believe when you are down at the main promenade given how close the apartment is. I had a big room and a big balcony that served as our living room, my friend had a balcony further up where you could even see the water. Our Host Anna was nothing short of fantastic! i definitely recommend you stay here!

This was the best experience we had with Booking. Everything was as described and even better. The communication with host was exceptional, very easy going and helpful. The apartment is very clean and cosy. It is just minutes away from all attractions, and it was easy to find. I recommend this place, a we will sure be staying here next time.

The apartment is really superb. Modern, very clean, very comfortable. The street in front is very quiet (and the whole area around it). It is one block from the beach, and 1km from the main tourist promenade, so it is almost perfectly located. It is also easy to reach by car, although one has to park in the street. The bathroom has under-floor heating, and all the appliances are brand-new. Nespresso coffee machine with pods included. The layout is good, with a nice big eating/working/kitchen platform. Even a wine fridge is included! Communication with the host over Whatsapp was excellent, and someone was at the apartment to welcome us. Two bottles of wine in the fridge for a welcome gift - very nice. It is really difficult to find any fault with this place - our stay was really excellent.

    We loved the place and the surroudings (near beach, restaurants, beautiful walks, quiet place, kind people). Near by dog friendly beaches which was important to us. Extremely nice water (crystal clear). In apartment there is one central air conditioning in living room/kitchen (it works really good) which means you should sleep with fans on (during super hot days) which are available for every bedroom.

    Lovely hosts, so helpful, right from the airport transfer and information given as to where to find everything we needed regarding our stay in Split . The apartment was spotless, the bed was so comfortable along with a lovely shower with perfect pressure. Kitchen facilities were good and had everything required for the stay. The location was just outside the main area and was peaceful with no noise to disturb you. Would highly recommend a stay.
