Asalaamualaikum.w.r.w.b your service was extraordinary Oakwood premier cozmo ❤️ Exceptionally friendly staff Respectful and humble staff Staff is always smiling and greeted us so nicely - made me and my family feel very comfortable Room service was on point It was our first time coming to Jakarta for a holiday in Indonesia, and they made each day of our trip so worthwhile. Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta. Terima kasih 🫶 to the entire team at Oakwood premier cozmo 🫶💗🫶 Would love to come back only because of the friendly, helpful and approachable staff at your hotel. Stayed for 4-nights at this Sudirman Park Apartment unit and honestly had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth from start to finish because the host was always quick to respond. The unit itself looked exactly like the pictures, a clean and comfortable space. I loved the location too; I could walk to Car Free Day Jakarta early in the morning. And with a GrabFood locker and Family Mart right in the apartment complex, getting food and essentials was incredibly easy. Would happily come back!

Second time I booked the place, it's as comfortable as I remembered! Flat was super clean, the bedroom smelled really nice and equipped with spare linens, and both the kitchen and bathroom were filled with necessary equipment/items for my long stay. Very thoughtful! Their free WiFi worked brilliantly, and communication with the host was great from the start. No issues there at all.
