The house is perfect for a family or a small group of 5. We liked the location, not in the city center of Galway, but if you have a car it's perfect. An Irish house experience, exactly what we were looking for. We were very well welcoming by the landlord, and we felt very comfortable, as at home.

This is a lovely apartment. Modern, spotlessly clean, perfectly comfortable, tastefully decorated, well furnished, and fitted out with everything you could need. Appliances and fittings are all new and good quality. Hosts are warm, friendly and helpful. Located upstairs, this apartment has lovely views of Connemara countryside. Located in a quiet rural place, you will obviously need your own transport. It is a perfect base for exploring Connemara. In the area, there are some really nice cafés (e.g., www.pota.ie), bars (e.g., www.tighmheaic.ie) and restaurants (e.g., Marconi's Clifden). The location is beautiful and secluded. Decor and amenities are excellent. The home was huge and well appointed. Very nice to have a washer/dryer. It could easily accomodate 8-9 people - there were only 5 of us. Easy to reach dining even though the located seems. Very remote. The kitchen is gorgeous and the tub is fantastic. the view from the bedroom upstairs is really nice too. Watched birds from the kitchen window in the morning which was pleasant. The dining room is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Great views from most of the windows.

The house is so specious, clean and comfortable. We love the big open fireplace in the living room. The antique and working pump organ is really a wonderful surprise! I enjoyed the walk nearby with fab lake views. Didn’t try hot tube this time but it’s nice to have it. Would love to go back and try it next time
