My wife and me stayed 2 days at Monsoon Apartments in the 3rd week of October. I would surely say that this apartment is the best one I have ever stayed in India. We had an apartment upstayers with balcony, we had a good view of the surroundings with greenery. The apartment was impressively clean, every bit of it. Aircondition in the bedroom functioned very well. In addition there were fans in the bedroom, sitting room and in the kitchen. The spacious kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils. There was a good fridge, microwave and kettle.We could easily prepare our breakfast and all other meals. Hot water was always available in the bathroom. The location was only a few mintues ride from the center of the town. One could get an autoriksha and easily get to the apartment. The location was in a very quiet side street. That was an additional plus. No traffic noise. We felt perfectly safe too at the apartment. The owners both Adnan and his wife spoke perfect English. Adnan, a polite gentleman, was always available at the spot. He was always willing to help his customers in the best way he can. In October it rained sometimes. In our case, it went well too, as we enjoyed the rains with its calming effect.
