We had an amazing stay at Milntown Bungalow. The place has a beautiful old-world charm but feels perfectly maintained and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and give you that authentic heritage vibe, and the entire property is surrounded by stunning greenery and pure silence. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful—they arranged everything we needed without us even asking twice. The homemade food was exceptional, especially the breakfast. It really felt like staying in a private heritage home rather than a commercial property. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in Coonoor with great hospitality, beautiful views and a touch of history, Milntown Bungalow is definitely worth it.

A clean, cozy, and beautiful home for 3 days! It is located outside Kotagiri town and provides ample peace and quiet! Rooms smell nice and woody, just like the old estate houses in the hills. The toilet is modern and clean (something very difficult to find in Ooty and Coimbatore. The host checks in on you daily, taking care of all your requirements. Cleaning service is also provided every few days at regular intervals. Hot water is available throughout. Did not try the food. RECOMMENDED FOR INTERNATIONAL TOURISTS😉

The villa was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The location is close to lovedale railway station. The stay had very good ambience and was very photogenic. Our caretaker Ms. Meena akka was really deligthful, the food was really amazing and she would be available in case you need any snacks or hot beverages. The climate was very good with drizzling rain and chilly weather (2nd week of june), a great place for a weekend getaway.
