What a lovely special hostel here. The house was so unique. We had booked 2 bedrooms for the 4 of us, there were another couple and an other family of 4. We shared the kitchen with all equipment that you may need and there were 2 bathrooms with shower. A place that allows people to chat, sit around the table, share experiences / adventures. Let's not forget the restaurant, the food, the service, the smiles - so good! The quiet surrounding, the view, it was simply perfect.

Very nice hotel on the coast of fjord. I guess it used to be a farm that later converted in a accomodation place. Now it still keep vintage place charm. We stopped in the family studio, that have a two floors and fully equipped kitchen. View was amazing.

Thank you for this amazing stay ! We got upgraded and the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy : the little kitchen, the bathroom and the rooms.
We warmly recommend this place, and the location was ideal for those who want to visit the north-east of the island the next day.
If we ever come back to Iceland, we will definitly come here again !

Easy check-in - you basically just find your room and there's a key in the door. That's it. Cheap by Icelandic standards. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed. Also, people are encouraged to leave there for others to eat or drink whatever they don't need - we were happy to take a bit of oil and left oats there for example. A hot tub on the shore is great to have, although I'd prefer it hotter.
