Amazing place and a beautiful town, view is exceptional with the sunset on one side and a glacier on the opposite, quiet neighbourhood, an amazing terrace! The apartment is one single ambient and I liked that, but not the best option for other type of traveler’s I guess, the kitchen has the basics. There is a nice telescope.

We stayed here while we visited the west of Iceland and the national park. The apartment was clean, beds were nice. Recently remodeled bathroom. Living area and kitchen were adequate. Nice to have laundry included, although we didn’t use it. Neighborhood was safe with a nice restaurant nearby.

    Quirky, welcoming decor with great personality providing a sense of its history and who used to live in the place. Spacious with lots of light, well set-up for self catering and close to services and the coast. Probably our favourite accommodation we stayed in in Iceland.

    The apartment is spatious and very functional. A lot of kitchenwear, incl a good coffee machine, CDs, books, etc. The deck on the ocean is beautiful, at high tide we were regularly visited by a couole of Grey seals, but it was a nice spot to look at birds (Eiders with chicks, Artic terns, various gulls incl glaucous, redshank, starling, etc etc). The position is great to visit the central/western part of the peninsula.

    Super smooth check-in. Entry is by code. Location is spectacular with sea side view. Apartment size is huge. Kitchen is also big with a full size dishwasher and a refrigerator. Bathroom Cubicle looks newly renovated with a new hand shower etc. Service is great. My husband cut his finger while cooking and the staff came literally in 2 min with first-aid kit. They were in general very quick to respond on messaged.
