Location is amazing, so convenient, close to the main restaurants and the coolest spots. The staff is another level, they were incredible and provided us with all the info and tips we needed. Due to a storm on our last day, we were unable to book any cab and one of the staff members took us to the bus station. So, so kind of him.

Very cosy and comfy stay in Lara's Studio. Easy to get to town by public transport. We particularly loved the staff putting out complimentary snacks and drinks. Very thoughtful, and much-appreciated when reaching late. The staff also allowed us to borrow and then keep a book on Norse mythology, which was super cool !

We stayed two nights here on late November and made a very last minute reservation on the same day. But very satisfied with our decision. Location: it is not in the middle of the city but it is great because it has ample free parkings outside the building. It is very convenient for us to load and unload our big luggages and the building has a lift. We drove to the city and park few hours when sightseeing. It's a walkable distance but during winter it was just too cold for us. It has eateries and a Bonus supermarket next door. Owner/manager: fast response. We communicate through this app and get fast prompt response. Though we booked few hours before check in, the apartment is ready, clean and self check in instruction is clear and easy to understand, easy to access. The locals living there are also nice and friendly. Facilities: washer and dryer available in common space. However we can't comment on details because we didn't use it. We just dry our small items in the house on the heated drying racks. Kitchen facilities are good, managed to cook with ease and the owner also left some basic seasonings and maybe items from previous guests. I like that they didn't throw away perfectly good items. We're able to use it as well.👍 The apartment is cozy and homely. Would stay again for future visit and stayed even longer. Very comfortable, feel safe and in summer maybe we can use the big terrace. The owner cares about the details because the plates and bowls and the vases are the nice ones.

We had a top floor apartment with plenty of room for us and our kids. The kitchen was well equipped which was great as we were self catering. Very central location really quick to walk up to the Hallgrimskirkja or down to the harbour.

Clean room and clean bathroom, very centrally located at the Laugavegur street in Reykjavik. There is a possibility to open the (roof) window and put a shade over it, so it's easy for sleeping. There is a small kitchen - so easy if you want to do some self-catering (which we didn't do, but it's easy if you wish so).
