When you enter this apartment, it is as warm and pleasant as if you were at home, it is very beautiful and very clean, the apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is very spacious, it has a gorgeous view, you can see the church and the mountains across the street. In addition, it is very well located, and in the center of the town, there are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, and it is very easy to get to, it is just a two-minute walk down the stairs to the bus stop, and you can get to a lot of attractions straight away. Susan is warm and considerate, prepared snacks and water for us, and provided us with a lot of help, thank her very much for leaving us with wonderful memories in Bressanone, and if we come back to Dolomiti in the future and will definitely stay here again.

Hospitality of Philipp and his parents was beyond anything that we could imagine. From the very first moment of our arrival until a day of departure we felt being treated like members of their wonderful family. We received plenty of advices, recommendations about local places and we learned a lot about beautiful South Tyrol. Visiting family’s vinyard and learning about their craft was an extra activity which we enjoyed very much. Our dog loved this place as well because there is a closed private garden and even more area to run in the vineyards. We truly hope that one day we’ll be back in this beautiful place. Best wishes to Philipp, his son and his parents.

Location in the very centre of the town, but it's possible to enter the pedestrian area by car thanks to the permit, provided by the hotel. Parking is in the 5 minutes walking distance, you use the card, attached to the room key, to open the gate and park for free. Very clean rooms, kitchen with coffee maker and several cartridges. Personnel with fluent English. Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and equipped with all the comforts from home. Honestly this accommodation was a highlight of our trip, the beautiful mountain view from the master bedroom and the kitchen was an added bonus. I loved it! Quite location, close to the historical center and in comfortable distance by car to some of the most beautiful places in the Dolomites. I would most definitely stay here again!

Really great apartment for 8 people, with a little to improve. Comfortable facilities, very good location, elevator going directly into the apartment, huge dining table and comfortable kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The location is perfect, you just take the elevator directly from the apartment to the heart of the old town. Many beautiful Dolomite hikes are 30-50min away by car. The apartment has Brixen tourist cards included, super addition for active travelers.

Extremely clean, modern design, centrally and conveniently located in the town of Bressanone. Supermarket was a 2min walk away. Parking at Parkhaus Brixen about 5min walk away. Beautiful facilities, stayed in a 3bedroom apartment with two toilets which good showers. Also had a well equipped kitchen with multiple pots (no pans though), fridge, salt and pepper, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a variety of utensils. Was very happy with the stay. Only minor drawback is the lack of a lift but that’s to be expected in Europe

The property is very close to the city centre (3 min walking) but in a very calm area. The apartment was very clean. The bed super comfortable, I slept very well. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, hob, plates, pots, cutlery, etc). They provide free parking in the garage of the building as well. The extra services (washing machine, dryer, sky storage) were a nice surprise.

It feels greatly welcoming and the kitchen has every supply we needed. Even smalls details, such as towels and cutlery were handpicked. Really beautiful and peaceful.

Friendly host, responds fast and provides all neccessary information. The flat is around 15-20min by foot from the old town and multiple restaurants in there. Kitchen equiped with everything one might need. Great stay!
