We were greeted on arrival by Niccolo' and Giulia who showed us around the property and also gave us a few tips about places to eat, etc. They also gave us a free parking permit so, if travelling by car, there's no need to worry about the extra costs about parking. The property is brand new and has all mod cons including air con (both in the separate bedroom and main living area), a coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. The location is ideal to walk to Cervia city centre and pretty canal side, there's a well stocked Coop just 5 mins' walk away as well as lots of bars, restaurants and gelaterie (ice cream parlours). The train station is just down the road (5 mins' walk) and the beach is about 10 mins' walk. Although the property is on a busy road, there's a level of privacy thanks to the pretty hedge and a seating area outside where you could also put a drying rack - which is also provided - useful to dry your costumes and washing.

The property was clean, modern, fully equipped. Marta was on hand to help us should we need anything. It was walking distance to the beach, had a bakery just across the road and had some lovely restaurants nearby.

Great location with large clean rooms. very short walking distance to beach, amazing coffee and outstanding restaurants. Emanuela and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were there for an Ironman race and they really looked after us for bringing in bikes. Fold out sofa beds were huge and comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable. The old town is cute amd Cervia (10 minutes away) is stunning with its old cobbled streets and waterways. The beach is wide sand and protected so was a pleasure to swim in. Water temp was low 20s. We are already planning our return trip!

    Giancomo and his dad are amazing hosts. We faced a big challenge to reach Cervia due to the floodings in the area. Giancomo and this dad were really helpful and made our stay amazing (even though the weather was not so good). Room is spacious and has all facilities that you need, kitchen supplies, drying rack etc. The beach is literally around the corner and there are bikes that you can use to reach the city center.

    Really nice hotel. Rooms was clean, bright, with balcony, beds was comfortable, parking next to hotel in yard, kitchen was equipped with all you need during the holiday. Owners were helpful and friendly. Seaside in 2 min walk. Good and tasty restaurant - in 1 min walk from hotel. Cervia old town also reachable in approx 1h walk through the nice park or also on seashore. We ware really happy to stay there!
