Bright, spacious, extremely clean appartement, totally equipped for our one-week holiday. Air-conditioning in every room, washing machine, mosquito net, several big cupboards, spacious bathroom - all made our stay very pleasant. The host, Giuseppe is very kind and do his best to help you around. Little cafes for breakfast are in 5-minute-walk distance, there are a mall and several huge supermarkets in 5-minute-drive. Venice's Piazzale Roma is for a 15-minute drive, highways are within easy reach, the place is a good start to explore the region (Verona, Padua, Vicenza, Noventa di Pieva Designer Outlet). Free car parking in front of the building. Some small gifts and cold water in the fridge were waiting for us, all were very kind of the host.

The owner of the apartment is very kind and helpful! She met us in the apartment and provided keys. She has explained everything related to the apartment and our stay. Very important: you do not need to pay Venice Access Fee if you stay in this apartment. The location of the apartment is very good: You can easily access the apartment by car and to access Venice using a single tram. The parking is near the building and it is very easy. The apartment is clean and has everything you need.

    Very nice and cosy accomodation with great access to the historical centre of Venice. The tram and bus station is right outside the house with trams leaving directly to Venice every few minutes 🤩. The supermarket is just a five minutes walk from the house. The accommodation was clean, spacious, with air conditioning and a kitchen with everything you might need during your trip 🤩. Also miss Sara was always happy to help when needed.

    It's a really beautiful apartment, with a big kitchen and nice, comfortable bedrooms. While a lot of people say that when visiting Venice, you should stay in Venice, not in Mestre, the transportation is very good and you can get to Venice in 15 minutes.

    Stayed here on the first and last day of our holiday, we booked again because we thought it was the perfect stay the first time. The location is great if using the bus station / train station, or the airport. Theres a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you could need, and it's very clean. The staff are also friendly - we got offered an upgrade & early check in for free which was really appreciated!
