absolutely stunning property. Beautifully decorated. Top quality. lovely breakfast. The grandfather bought us over fresh figs, plums and some prickly pear. As you enter the property soft music is playing with subtle lighting. We enjoyed the company of the cat family. A car is necessary. Peaceful location. One of the best Booking.com properties we have stayed in.

Our stay at this Italian home in Monopoli, hosted by Francesco, evoked a sense of coming home, despite the unmistakably Mediterranean surroundings. The garden with ancient olive trees and the Adriatic sea views created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Francesco's hospitality and local insights added a special, personal touch to our experience. Surprisingly, even in November, we enjoyed warm days and the chance to swim in the sea, making the coastal beauty just as inviting as in summer. The nearby beaches and charming trulli villages were within easy reach by car, making it an ideal base for exploration. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and culture, leaving us eagerly anticipating our next visit. Grazie mille!

We had an amazing stay at Francesca's apartment! She was incredibly kind, hospitable, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – even preparing a delicious home-cooked meal for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment is small but very cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very pleasent owner who allowed us to leave our bags earlier than the check in time. We had a great time, everything is exactly as it says on the booking or even better. The place is very well kept and clean. Also the location is great because you are right on the brink of the old town centre. 10-15min of walk to the beach but we dont mind that at all. Also you are able to put the small white table on the little step on the entrance and have a small "balcony" to drink a bottle of wine.

I couldn’t imagine better place than Santa Maria 24. The breakfast was amazing, wide variety of food, everything fresh. We could eat outside and inside. The room was extra clean, bed comfortable. The hotel was very close to everything: the sea, restaurants, gelato, marina. The staff was very friendly and they even helped me to get to the hosplital because of the urgent issue. They also organised a taxi transfer from and to airport/hotel. Thank you all for your kindness. I couldn’t have made the better choice

Our stay at appartamento 14 was absolutely fantastic. The location could not be better – right in the charming historic center of Monopoli, just a short walk from beautiful beaches, cozy cafés, and stunning piazzas. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the bright, airy living space and the small thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing a nice breakfast or dinner. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and great local recommendations. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. If you’re visiting Monopoli and want a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay, Apartmento 14 is an excellent choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was exceptional! Communication with owner/manager was great-they replied immediately, were very helpful, all very clearly, with the goal to make my stay very pleasant. Apartment is located in the perfect location-few streets away from old town and close to train station and everything you need-shops, few steps away from cafes. About the flat-everything is brand new and designed with taste. You would have everything you need - small but functional kitchen, very comfortable queen size bed, good internet, a TV and the best balcony ever. Something that blown my mind were slices of focaccia waiting for me upon my arrival, as a first meal in Monopoli! Everything was just beautiful and very very pleasant. Would recommend and definitely would come back!

    The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a small kitchenette allowing us to purchase some local produce and cook for ourselves. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Francesco was fantastic and kept in contact during our journey to Monopoli so that we knew where we were going. Breakfast was in a local bar and was delicious. Be sure to have the doughnut with Nutella - it is out of this world!

    everything was perfect! first of all, located just next to a beach and a short drive to Monopoli. since we had a car, parking was necessary, and we were surprised by how easy that was, there was plenty of space on the street. the apartment is located in the basement of the house but honestly that was a plus in summer since it didn’t get as hot inside. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen!

    A wonderful property in a perfect location in the countryside but close to main routes so it was easy to explore beaches & other towns in Puglia as day trips from here. The host Paulo was excellent and gave lots of recommendations in the area. The pool and garden area was lovely & so well kept. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need.
