Irma is a lovely and kind host - very friendly and welcoming. She speaks excellent English, so as non-speakers of Italian we were able to communicate easily. The bed and room were very comfortable and the location is quiet. Irma provided a nice breakfast outside in her garden with delicious home made jams and freshly picked loquats, to add a personsl touch. We asked her to join us at breakfast and really enjoyed talking with her, so much so we departed later than planned! We were able to park right outside her front gate in an off street space. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and she provided nice towels.
