We had a great one-night stay at Ziettas Pop House in Naples. Communication with the host was excellent, and we really appreciated being able to check in earlier than the scheduled time. The location is incredibly quiet and just a 5-minute walk from the airport, which was perfect for us since we had a flight at 6 AM and needed to be at the airport by 4 AM. The apartment is located at the end of the street, in a private courtyard, which felt very safe—especially compared to other areas in Naples. There’s a takeaway restaurant on the ground floor with delicious and fresh food, and right across the street there's a great pastry shop. We enjoyed watching a movie on the projector with Netflix, and everything was very clean and peaceful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back if we need accommodation near the airport again.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is in the center of Naples. The hosts met us and explained everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. They were always available on WhatsApp and we could ask questions at any time. They left a LOT of tangerines, apples, three types of cereals, croissants, toast bread, yogurts, milk, butter, etc. for breakfasts, We drank coffee every day but did not use all the capsules they left for the machine. The apartment is new and was even decorated for Christmas. You can choose different types of lighting; dim, bright, side, from the ceiling... A grocery store is one block away. The apartment has an inductive cooker that works well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking dinners and breakfasts. A very good and inexpensive pizzeria is round the corner. A tourist services kiosk is two blocks away (we bought tickets to Vesuvius there and they were cheaper than a tour available online). It is only 20 minutes away from the train station and 20 min away in the other direction to the main square of the city. I read other reviews and expected it to be perfect, and it did not fail my great expectations.

The communication was excellent and the room was lovely, especially with the air conditioning during the 36-degree heat! All the facilities easily deserved a 10 out of 10. We were also allowed to leave our bags after checking out before 10 AM, which was really convenient, as it gave us the chance to do some last-minute souvenir shopping in the city.

We stayed 2 nights. Newly renovated apartment, good facilities, exactly like the photos. Good location, steps from the station. Because of the surroundings, don't forget that you are in Naples!. It is good also for winter as it has a good heating system. The manager was very attentive to our requests. Recommended.

Domenico and his wife were helpful and nice! Domenico did everything possible for an earlier check-in and always checked on us. It is a completely new and renovated apartment in the heart of Napoli. We experienced the best sunsets on the terrace. Absolutely recommend it!

The best about the property is the owner, Sabrina. In almost all of my travels, I never found such a helping and quick answering owner. She seems to want the best experience for whom stayes at her places. The apartment was huge, clean and with everything that we needed. She waited for us for a late check in and opened the door from the entrance of the building. Self check in was easy. We had water in the fridge and also prosecco. For thr breakfast she asked us if it was ok what we received and Sabrina was very open to the extras we mentioned.

The host Oreste was super, always available, kept in touch each day, gave great advice about what to do and see in Naples and provided shuttle service to airport and to and from Pompeii.
