Very nice, renovated apartment located just outside of the old, historic centre of Rieti, a stone's throw from the Museo Civico, and quite near to the Velino River. Best for a couple or a couple with one or two small children who will sleep together on the pull-out sofa-bed. The apartment is very comfortable with lots of seating, a great kitchen, and it is easy to keep cool on a hot day.

The property was immaculate, had good facilities, including a washing machine. Internet facilities worked well, and Leonardo was very helpful when I needed to stay an extra day due to the train strike. Supermarket facilities were couple of minutes’ walk away as was the train station.

I wanted to stay longer but she had other guests arriving so she spent over an hour on the phone to find me another place in rieti. So appreciate all her effort! I feel like I've made a friend!     This place felt like home. The host, Chiara, did everything to let me feel at home and the place is so nice and cosy decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, firm bed and a hot shower. Everything you need after a couple of days hiking!
