Everything just perfect. Spacey room, (most important for me, with a balcony) very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast and very good location close to all most famous attractions. Everything in walk distance. Easy access to enter the hotel by the directions that was sent by the hotel.. Love it and definitelly will recomend.. Jacopo is a responsible and reliable host: he waited upon our arrival to give us the keys and to show us the apartment, he was available either in person or via WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. The images on the website are true to reality. The apartment which is spotless clean is charming, large, bright with soundproof windows, air conditioning, fast and reliable internet and new bathroom. The location is perfect.

Very convenient location in a safe neighbourhood, even the neighbours in the building were so kind! The rooms are super clean and you can tell that the cleaning staff puts in a lot of effort to keep it that way. Dalila from reservations was great and always available to help. The check in process is fully remote but the technology was seamless and easy to use. Overall a great stay!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was excellent and located in a strategic spot, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city very convenient. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating and willing to adjust to our requests, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future.

the location is incredible, only 5 min walk from tirburtina, which is a metro station and also where flixbus & itabus stops. the room was incredibly clean, and the room had everything. the hotel manager was kind enough to text us before our arrival and he helped us with a lot of stuff. 100% recommended!!!

    For me it was very well located close to my family in Rome, to the east of the city. Easy to get into the centre of Rome by Metro, tram or bus. It’s a good size, very clean, safe and quiet. Lots of small bars, cafes, food and supermarket places. There’s a lot of kitchen units, but not a lot in them, which was fine for me, but anyone self-catering may want a few more things. Big fridge. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning units when needed, but the temperature was mild when I was there. The polite owner was on hand if I needed anything.

    Self catering so kitchen had a coffee pod machine, microwave, small cooker hob, kettle, toaster and small table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. Each room had a small table and 2 chairs. Good location, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket just down the road. Bedrooms were a good size with shutters to screen out the sun. Comfortable beds.
